If you have significant experience working in humanitarian response, the ability to integrate effectively into country office teams, and willingness to deploy frequently to challenging places on short notice, this could be the job for you. Within the CARE federation we are seeking exceptional candidates who have expertise in any of the following key areas:
• Gender (especially combined with):
• Food Security
• Monitoring and Evaluation
• Media and Communications
• Proposal writing
• Gender-based Violence
• Program Support (esp. finance)
This anticipatory selection process will be used to create a qualified pool of candidates with logistics expertise to fill current and future vacancies.

About the RRT:
RRT members are full-time employees of CARE. They are employed by different CARE members and based all over the world; but their assignments in response to humanitarian emergencies are centrally coordinated by CARE Emergencies Group (CEG) within the CARE Secretariat. Deployment of our RRT members to emergency situations ensures that our most capable and experienced staff are on the ground quickly and CARE can respond to emergencies effectively, and with maximum impact. Each deployment is expected to be associated with a detailed Terms of Reference developed by the specific country office.

The position will be home based. Up to 60% of the time will be spent on travels to various country offices based on needs.
